Sales Director

Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland

We are seeking to hire the fulltime sales manager to drive the Central European region consisting out of Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czechia and Slovakia.

Primary responsibilities

  • Overall sales, revenue and margin responsibility
  • Work and interact with the design and projects communities for lighting control solutions
  • Develop, manage and support a network of distributors and resellers
  • Manage projects and communicate clearly with manufacturers, installers, designers and owners

Required

  • Experience in lighting sales or lighting design
  • Ability to sell solutions
  • Ability to talk technically about lighting quality
  • Proven track record
  • Strong relationships with lighting designers and electrical engineers
  • Understanding of the Central European lighting distribution channels
  • Fluent in German and English. Other languages of advantage

Desirable

  • Experience with lighting controls
  • Experience with IoT solutions
  • Relationships with lighting sales channels
  • Relationships with multi-site facility managers for retail and large corporations.
